| The Events Committee was formed to assist our Union with community outreach. They organize and coordinate all of the events we sponsor throughout the year. This includes the Easter Egg Hunt, Boo in the Park, the Fire Department Open House as well as many other events in St. Clair Shores. |

| Fundraising (501c3) Committee |
| The purpose of this committee is to manage the funds raised during our charity events. The committee will decide which causes we will support and distribute funds appropriately. |

| Health and Wellness Committee |
| The purpose of this committee is to help our brothers and sisters stay healthy through proper nutrition and physical fitness. Heart disease is the #1 killer of firefighters. If you need assistance designing a physical fitness program, nutritional help, or just want advice on proper form for an exercise, please reach out to us! |

| Honor Guard |
| The St. Clair Shores Fire Department Honor Guard is nationally trained and exists to show respect and dignity to our fallen brothers and sisters, and their families. They co-founded the Macomb County Society of Uniformed Guards and can be seen front and center leading the Memorial Day Parade.

| Safety Committee |
| The purpose of the Safety Committee is to identify any hazards that might affect our members. The committee participates in annual station inspections with the City Manager and Chief of the Department. The committee is also in charge of investigating any safety concerns that are brought up by a member of the department. |

| This committee is responsible for maintaining the Union members' lifestyle improvement fund. The committee is also responsible for purchasing flowers and gifts for members who have lost a loved one. |
